Wayne Powell ('05) has published an article on Manhattan Beach's Communnity Emergency Response Team in the Manhattan Beach Sun. Read the full article here. Besides his work on Emergency Response, Wayne serves as the Planning Commission's Vice Chair.  Wayne reports that the Community Emergency Response Team is looking for volunteers.
