Class of 2006 Project:

Manhattan Beach Digital Wonderland

Mission statement:
To enhance community awareness and educational opportunities of Manhattan Beach Library through the donation of a state of the art digital projector.
Our objective is to provide the Manhattan Beach Library with a state of the art digital projector. The gift of the projector will allow the library to give access to individuals and organizations that wish to use the meeting room to show video and to complement presentations.

We believe that the projector will help transform Manhattan Beach into a digital wonderland where individuals can screen their own content and others can watch films that would not otherwise available. This, in turn, will help promote the work of students from our local schools.

The library will allow the projector to be used for numerous activities, such as The Manhattan Beach Film Society; Enhanced Story Hour for children; Screenings of middle and high school film productions.
